Flash is quite possibly the buggiest browser plugin ever with Java being a close second. Ever try to use it on a Mac? That is a laugh. It crashes constantly. On a PC it is incredibly slow and inconsistent at best. It surpasses Microsoft Windows with it’s need for constant security updates. Flash doesn’t work on most mobile devices even where allowed or supported.
What is ReactOS you ask? The people behind ReactOS present it as an open-source operating system that aims to be binary-compatible with computer software and drivers made for Microsoft Windows. Development started in 1998, but the software is still in an alpha state. Yes, you read that correctly. It has been developed almost 17 years and has not even made it to a beta state. In reality ReactOS is little more than a heavily promoted hobby.
The two leading companies in the mobile platform market, Google and Apple, both announced their new operating systems for the next year recently. While neither Apple’s iOS 9 nor Google’s Android M have been released yet (both will land this fall), the companies did detail their new software at length. With that in mind we decided to tackle which looks to be the most comprehensive update and we will try to decide whether one of the OS’s is pulling away from the other in terms of quality.
Satoru Iwata, CEO of Nintendo and videogame legend sadly died last Saturday, 11 July 2015, from cancer, he was 55-years old. He had helmed the Japanese gaming giant since 2002 and had guided Nintendo through a resurgence of popularity that rivalled the company’s original boom in the early 1990’s. However, upon his death Iwata left behind a company with an uncertain path in the coming years, a company that had seen profits dwindle in recent years. A much loved figure in the industry, what is Iwata’s legacy and where does Nintendo go from here?
On April 12, 1961, the Soviet Space Program launched the first ever human into space. The world watched in awe at the power technology had granted us; to launch into the stars with the simplest of childish glee. However, as our eyes gazed into the heavens, we, and seemingly everyone else involved in the project, didn’t take notice of what was coming off the spaceship.
It seems that Blizzard does not mind leveling shortcuts or gold sales as long as they are the ones getting paid for it. For $60 you can boost a new or existing character on World of Warcraft to 90 with decent gear, but if Blizzard suspects you of bottling or using AFK means to effectively do the same thing (level without actually playing to get there) they will give you an account suspension in a heart beat.

Parental control is becoming more important in the recent days as we shift our digital life to the cloud, schools now are using cloud services from Google, Microsoft and Amazon, so we want kids to get the most out of the internet while overcoming its negative impact and that could be achieved through avoiding the dark side of the internet.
